ATTENTION VLEs ! CHANGE IN PROCESS OF CANCELLATION IN IRCTC

There is a change in the process of cancellation by IRCTC. After cancellation of the ticket, the VLE has to verify the OTP within 10 days. If any VLE does not verify the OTP as per the prescribed time, the refund will not be done and the VLE will be responsible for it.
